Awhile back my family struggled with a very common American issue, being overweight. It affected many family activities such as swimming, sports, or even just going out for a night together. I began to think, “Hmm, if this is an issue within my household, it must also be in others’ as well…” The thought kind of haunted me. How could so many “free” Americans be enslaved to themselves by their weight? It definitely is not the way I wanted my family to live, and I’m sure it’s not the way you want your family to live.
When I took it into my own hands to figure out a quick fat loss method for my family, I began to realize it’s a lot crazier and difficult “out there”. So many people threw stuff in my face– all these “fast track to fat loss” and “rapid fat loss” diet plans. But none really suited the personalities of my family. I wasn’t about to throw a program at my family and watch them fail– We needed something a little more comprehensive and in depth. It wasn’t until last year that I found the perfect solution, and made 2012 truly a year of accomplishment– for us all:)
We were all pretty excited when we began the program. Like I said earlier, our goals were much different from each others’. I was doing to program to maintain a healthy body since I was involved in sports. My parents were doing it for fat weight loss, and my aunts and uncles were doing it just to find a healthy diet. So it all reality, it suited every individual and their needs. Now, don’t get me wrong… just like any diet plan, there was some adjusting some of us made, but the program allowed for it:)
